Jason ‘Hanzo’ Thompson has been a world traveler all his life. Traveling with his Navy Dad, Hanzo has lived in exotic places like Hawaii, Japan, Kansas, Tampa, and finally school in Tallahassee. This is Jason reporting live from Sydney 12am in an internet cafe since it costs freaking $5/half an hour at the hotel. Sorry I don’t have anything to report from here except a few things. ON TV, FOX5 seems to be the big deal as they show the Simpsons, Family Guy, Jerry Springer, the works. Went to a Westfield Mall here that included Target, a one-two punch in my face for someone who has been isolated from the two for almost a year. If I walk into an EB store, the wall has a huge poster of a game created by EA Games…a game of Cricket. But the number one sport here in Australia has to be Rugby, the equivalent to the NFL in the states. Anyways, the weather here sux and I still haven’t seen any Wombats or Koalas hanging from power lines. Will report back again later.
